tenho o mesmo problema comprei o mouse tem 1 ano e 3 meses meu donglo comecou a dar problemas e comprei dongle ali express, a loja que comprei me mandou um por garantia e nao faz emparelhamento, mouse muito caro e da problema ja de inicio...
