Hypershift Button Basilisk V3 x hyperspeed

Hello, 
Until yesterday I was able to use the secondary function "scroll left or right" via the hypershift key. A great function for Excel. Unfortunately, this no longer works. I use the mouse without the Razer software, as I use it on a company computer (no third-party software allowed). Does anyone have any idea what has happened here? Can I reset the mouse to factory settings using a key combination?
