I cant match my mice with razer synapse 4 and is my mice original

Hello,

I have a Razer DeathAdder Essential White Edition, model RZ01-03850.

When I enter the serial number on the Razer warranty checker, I receive the following message: “We are unable to locate your serial number in our database.”

I have checked the serial number multiple times and I believe I entered it correctly.

Could you please verify whether my serial number is genuine and whether it is associated with the RZ01-03850 model?

Please help me.

Upon checking, please be advised that I can not verify the serial number in our system. I would suggest that you get in touch with your reseller for a refund and purchase your mouse from an authorized reseller from this link. Just send me a PM for any other concerns.
