I am experiencing an issue with my Razer Viper Ultimate. Approximately three months ago, I noticed it started charging slowly, even when connected directly via cable. Now, it only charges if I turn off the power switch located on the bottom of the mouse.

The device is still under warranty, and I reside in Brazil. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
