Issues with naga pro BT connection

Hello, I just recently got the naga pro and am having an issue where when the mouse goes to sleep it will not wake reconnect to the bluetooth. I have to remove it and reconnect every time. I have updated firmware, tried reinstalling synapse a few times. Anyone else have this problem or know a solution? THank you!

    Try turning off all things to do with power management on USB ports ( In control panel > power options & device manager > universal serial bus controllers ). I also use the dongle plugged in to the port on the charge dock. Also i would recommend to not use USB 3.1 Gen2 Type A. I did multiple things to try and solve my issues and at the moment it seems to be working fine. My Balance Now

    I have that turned off for all usb and bt options in device manager.

    In case it will help anyone, I did an uninstall for the drivers in device manager and everything is working perfectly now. I did this for mouse and keyboard by the way. No input lag on either device anymore.
