There are a lot of people having problems with Synapse 4.  This is Razer’s biggest problem.  If you’re a windows user, I recommend joining their beta test so you can work on addressing your problems and hopefully prevent future problems.  It seems as if Razer is even starting to put out hardware that doesn’t need Synapse because of all the problems they’ve been having with it.
