On a laptop without Razer Synapse installed (and I can’t install it), the macros often don’t work or function differently.
I have two macros set up on my current and only profile with the mouse:
Button 4 (inner side button) - left clicks at 20 cps
Button 5 (outer side button) - right clicks at 20 cps
Ordinarily on my gaming computer, the macros function as they should and click once every 0.05s. However, on my laptop or any other device, the macros function quite differently. Whenever I have multiple other input buttons held down, like keys on my keyboard, the macro stutters and will only function for about half of every second.
Additionally, if I hold both buttons down at the same time, on my gaming computer with synapse installed, neither of them function, with 0 cps for both left and right click (I’d like to specify, this is not a problem I’m perfectly fine with this), however, if I hold down both buttons on any other device I instead click both left and right click at 40 cps. This also isn’t a problem since I don’t use both buttons at the same time, just a weird quirk that I noticed. The stuttering with the macros still applies here and occurs more often in my experience.
I’ve already updated the mouse firmware and would like to reiterate that I cannot install Razer Synapse on some of the devices that I would like to use this mouse for as I don’t have admin on those and only on my personal computer.
I also did some searching and didn’t find anyone else having this specific problem
