Product: Razer Barracuda X – RZ04-04430
Hello,
I have a problem with my Barracuda X (RZ04-04430). The microphone works perfectly when connected via AUX cable and also when using Bluetooth on my mobile phone.
However, when I connect the headset to my PC using the included 2.4GHz dongle, or via Bluetooth, the microphone does not work. I only hear faint static or nothing at all.
I have already tried the following steps:

Re-pairing the dongle using the official Headset Pairing Utility (twice).

Tested the dongle and headset on another PC – same issue.

Installed the latest firmware (it was already updated).

Reinstalled sound drivers and checked input/output devices.
I also noticed that Razer Synapse does not recognize the headset at all.
Since the headset works fine via AUX and Bluetooth (on my phone), I believe the issue is with the dongle or PC Bluetooth compatibility.
Could you please assist me further? If possible, I’d like to try a previous firmware version
