Mini viper issue

Did you’ve tried it on another PC? If yes, check the cable for any damage (you can wig with the cable and check if it’ll appear in windows device manage or not).

Already, I posed my problem on REDDIT, they gave us several solutions, unfortunately it did not work, I tested on 3 PCs under Windows 11, 10 and 7, the problem the physical buttons work perfectly except the cursor do not move. Even, I cleaned and blew still no response.
