Razer Basilisk Ultimate Disconnects When Plugged In
Hello,
I'm having an issue with my Razer Basilisk Ultimate mouse. When I connect it to my PC with a cable, it immediately disconnects and I can't use it, especially when the battery is low or empty.
I've tried using different USB ports and cables, but the problem still occurs. This makes the mouse unusable while charging.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?
