mouse ouroboros doesn't work

Hello, I have a problem with my ouroboros mouse when I connect it to the pc the cursor stops working, for it to work again I have to disconnect it and restart the pc, as soon as I connect it it does the same thing again

    Try updating BIOS and Chipset drivers.
