I bought a razer brand mouse 3 weeks ago, the mouse works with bt, but I can't connect it with a usb dongle. The lights on my mouse are blinking but there is no connection and it shuts down while playing games. Even though I put a new battery, I encountered such a problem and it made me very sad. I made all kinds of software updates to the device. I removed it from the manager and tried it again, I connected it to another computer, but I could not connect in any way. I request you, please send me a new product. This should not be the equivalent of a purchase of 800 lira. I am very aggrieved. I am waiting for your return.
