I have a RAZER DEATHADDER ESSENTIAL - ERGONOMIC WIRED GAMING MOUSE. 

My mouse scroller doesn't seem to be fine.

Problem I am facing is when I scroll up or down it scrolls in opposite direction in-between while scrolling.

I cleaned the dust with thin line brush so it fixed a little bit but how can I completely fix the problem as the mouse doesn't seem to open fully nor do I have the knowledge to do so and nor do I want to break any inner part.

Can I clean the dirt with a small air blower or how can I just fix the scrolling thing as I don't want to purchase a new product.
