I own a Deathadder V2 and while i was simply using my pc and not doing anything special the mouse lights switched off and the mouse stopped working. I tried to reboot my pc, plug the mouse in another usb port and even on another pc but nothing worked and the mouse won't work again. It also doesn't appear neither in the device manager nor in razer synapse, anything I can do?

It would seem that your mouse is already defective. If it’s still within the 2-year warranty period, can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I create your case? Please also include a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide us a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
