My mouse viper mini lately is quite strange with his cursor, it's crashing and sometimes it doesn't even work when I move the mouse, but the clicks work. Basically that's it, his cursor is not working and when it doesn't work I basically uninstall his driver and it works again but it's not 100%. Could someone help me? I tried to talk to razer's support, but I couldn't.

Hi there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Try updating its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
