I have an issue with my Razer Naga V2 Pro.
When I rotate the mouse wheel in one direction, the scroll wheel resistance changes on its own, even though I have set it to a fixed value in the settings. If I selected a fixed resistance, why does the scroll wheel tension keep changing by itself?
Please provide a solution and an explanation as soon as possible. If your response is simply going to be that this is a known issue and that I have to live with it, then I will return the mouse.
I expect a proper fix or a clear explanation of why this is happening.
