My Basilisk Ultimate won't charge

I got a Basilisk Ultimate around January 2022 and It was working fine until maybe a few months ago. It wouldn’t charge and I thought it was because of the cable so I stopped using it. I finally got a new cable but it still doesn’t work. I tried plugging it in but the light won’t even turn on to indicate that it’s charging and it doesn’t show up in my devices. When I plug it into the dock it works just fine so I know it’s not the cable or the power source. Please help the backup mouse I have is cheap and shitty and idk how much longer I can play with it.
