We we on vacation and i brought my mouse with me i don’t have a case so i stored it in a bag. It was fine when we got there but when we got back home my scroll wheel started to malfunction im wondering what is causing the issue (everything else with my mouse is fine btw.)

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you describe the issue you’re currently experiencing with your scroll wheel? Please also try cleaning it with a can of compressed air to blow away any accumulated dust and dirt. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the scroll wheel issue?
