My left click (Main button) does not function at all.

Please help me! I've tried restarting my profile, my mouse is fairly new about 1 year old, and my main mouse click just doesn't seem to work
I don't know if its a hardware physical problem (unconnected cable / broken switches) or just computer / software bug? Please help !!

Hey, @JustMe.PNG!

 

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try reinstalling its drivers. If that didn't work out, then drop me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can check for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
