My mouse Razer Viper 8khz

so i bought Razer Viper 8khz today and after installing everything the software cant detect it.Is it a hardware issue or what i have to do? I have installed the newest driver on the mouse,i had reinstalled the software,unplugged and plugged the god damn mouse and no hope.Any help?

    You can try Razer Synapse clean install with these steps:

    1. Uninstall Synapse
    2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
    3. Then restart your PC
    4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

    Also do you have Valorant installed? If yes, there may be a chance, that Riot Vanguard (Valorant’s anti-cheat software) is blocking it. So you can try uninstalling Vanguard, then reboot your PC and check if mouse is visible in Synapse.
