I recently bought my Razer Basilisk V3 on Amazon and at first, the click scroll worked, but when I restarted my computer, it stopped working. I tried everything to get it working. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Razer Synapse, I tried to clean the mouse, and I tried restarting again. For some reason, it is not working. I don't know why.
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thank you.

i dont know what happen but i think you choose use the warranty .
Try resetting mouse from Synapse -> settings -> reset or try it on another PC without Synapse. But if it still not work - RMA it.
