My razer basilik ultimate is not charging. I mean that when I put the mice on its dock to charge and it’s not charging, and I should find the correct position to start charging it and it will charge the mouse for a minute not more and then I should find another corrects position only for 1 minute of charging (My mouse is only 1 year old)

+1I’d clean the pins first (both on mouse and dock) with Q-tip and isopropyl alcohol.
If you press pogo pins in the dock and then release them, do they return to their previous position?
Had same issue with 2.5 yr-old Basilisk Ultimate that was forever stuck at 4%. Cotton swab with isopropyl alcohol didn’t remove all buildup apparently. Used wooden toothpick with light amount of alcohol and fair amount of rubbing on/around all contacts. Solved.
