it doesnt want to work please help

my razer basilisk v3 doesnt want to turn on. I spent 15 minutes looking for videos, holding buttons and the manual, but couldnt find a solution.my I would need help to be able for my mouse to turn on cause i spent my birthday money on this mouse.
Strange that my basilisk stopped working today. Some conflict with synapse3. If you uninstall it, it goes back to normal. I install it again and it crashes again. I also tried the beta.

The synapse? When installed, yes, but I had to uninstall it. Just install it and the mouse will stop.

No, windows device manager, not synapse. If it's not visible there it may be some hardware problem with the mouse.
