my razer deathadder v3 hyperspeed dongle and usb connection wont work

i was playing games and my mouse was connected to the dongle, it kept freezing and turning off. i gave up and connected it to usb and for awhile that worked, but then windows gave me a message that read “usb device not recognized” does anyone have a fix? now its not working at all and i dont know how to fix it
