My Razer Deathadder v3 pro scroll wheel isn't work like it used to

So i have a raaazer deathadder v3 pro my scroll wheel is like not working it sometimes goes up sometimes not but it used to work fine.                               btw i dont knoww if its still warrentied

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try using a can of compressed air and spray in between the gaps to clean your mouse. Furthermore, this can help remove static and any debris between the switch and housing. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
