Hello... I just bought a new razer naga epic chroma and it's freezing frequently i dont know what is the problem, I checked razer synapse updates and reinstall it again still the same problem i hope someone can help me.

    My Naga does the same thing. I have found the less USB devices I have plugged into my computer the freezing is far less frequent. I hope this helps!
