My razer viper v3 Pro is not charging with plug with its original mouse. If with dongle its working. Now its no battery and cant use it. I really love the mouse. Is there any fix?

Hello there,
Try to use a different cable. Also, you can plug it into a different power source. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your Viper V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
