I got this around 2022. Pretty nice overall but the scroll start to having backward issue around 1 year later and now the dongle just stop working?
The dongle replacement is event out of stock now.
Could you please advice what should I do now? I don’t really need an additional wired mouse tbh.

Can you test your mouse on another computer to see if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
