My Viper v2 pro isnt recognized at all

My mouse recently stopped working all together. For a couple months it would only woked wireless not wired so i couldnt use it if it was charging which i found strange but I ignored it because i only use it wireless anyways. It randomly stopped working all together now, dongle doesnt work, cable doesnt work, usb pairing doesnt work. I got a message from windows saying that usb wasnt recognized at first but now that doesnt even show up. its as if i am trying to plug a rock into my computer my mouse isnt recognized in any way. I uninstalled and reinstalled synaspe, tried downloading firmware and pairing utility but in both cases my mouse doesnt show up. I should mention that i have a razer keyboard and a viper mini that i am using in the meantime that both work perfectly fine. I know the mouse is fully charged because i initially thought that it just died when it disconneted and when i reconnected it, it was fully charged and worked briefly up until i restarted my pc and now it doesnt work at all.
