My Viper V2 Pro mouse has stopped working a month after purchase

The mouse ran out of charge while using as I had forgot to charge it. I then plug the mouse back into my pc and the mouse doesn't charge.

  • Changed USB port
  • changed cable
  • tried charging from a wall outlet
  • reset the mouse (no LED feedback)
  • Tried using the dongle
  • Not detected in razer synapse or device manager
  • updated synapse (nothing)
  • Tried updating firmware (mouse not detected so therefore no update possible)

Does anyone have any solutions to fix this problem or is my mouse broken? I have always took care of the mouse so I don't see how it could be my wrongdoing.

You’ve done all the necessary workarounds. It seems to be more of a hardware fault that we are dealing right here. Please send me a PM along with the serial number of your Razer Viper V2 Pro so I can validate it and check for some options.
