Naga 2012 no longer supported

So I have had my Razer Naga 2012 for the last ten or so years, and it has served me well. I haven't gamed the last month or so and when I went to plug in this afternoon, I noticed my mouse side buttons were not responding. Looking at my Razer Synapse I can see the Naga has disappeared. I have not been able to download and reinstall a driver for it; the Naga Epic Driver refuses to recognise it. I did contact the Razer Support to be told that my mouse is no longer supported. Way to go guys. I won't be buying any more Razer products if this is how you treat your customers.

How hard is it to just go and buy the new Naga Pro that just came out? Best Buy sells it in their stores right now, just be sure to follow their health safety guidelines to enter shop :)
