My wallet be like
I just got my Naga Pro today, and when I connect via wireless, it seems to disconnect often. My colors go purple, then it may eventually switch back to green (color profile) and the mouse jumps during this time. The mouse goes offline far faster than the 1 minute powersave timeout.

I may have figured out the timeout issue... at least for now. I found that if I set the timeouts to 2 minutes instead of one, it seems to have overridden whatever the super short timeout is out of the box, so now it's behaving better.

What I have noticed is that the Bluetooth connection speed is terrible; I basically have to repair every time I connect the mouse. A Corsair (with many less buttons sadly) connects practically instantly. My hope was to BT connect this mouse to my ultraportable, and 2.4GHz connect it to my gaming rigs. While I can still do that, I have to prepare the ultraportable each time I want to use it by putting it on the discovery screen.

Also, I really wanted to order the mouse and dock together, but the dock is out of stock. I hope I can still get the discount!

Sigh... now it's stuttering regularly again. Disconnecting/reconnecting from just a few inches apart.

Have you contacted our support team?
I decided to try a different USB port before I created a ticket. So far so good, though time will tell if it stays good.

do you have any quotes for this? i checked master guides and manuals and cant find any info on that

I just swapped my trinity's 2 button side with my pro. I can confirm it doesn't work. They do fit perfectly but the buttons are not functional.

I just recieved my Naga Pro and the 6 button panel doesn't feel great compared with the Hex plate from the Naga Trinity/Naga Hex.
I was able to use my Naga Hex plate from the Trinity on the Pro but it thinks its the 6 button plate, without the software support it doesn't recognize button 7. Even so I was able to macro/set up custom keybinds for 1 - 6.

Any chance we can get Naga Trinity Hex Plate support for the Naga Pro in Synapse?

Thanks

I was able to use my Trinity Hex Plate, however without software support I was only able to use/keybind 1 - 6. Hopefully they add software support or at least a hex plate to buy.

I am currently using Trinity Hex plate, only issue is button 7 is dead because it recognizes it as the 6 button panel.

First time I've purchased a Razer product in like seven years. I just bought the Razer Naga Pro, and I can't seem to enable mouse acceleration. It's enabled in Windows, and it still works on my Logitech MX Vertical mouse, which I have connected at the same time. Some Google-fu indicates that it's IMPOSSIBLE to enable mouse acceleration on Razer mice with Synapse installed, is this true? I see that Razer is blaming Windows 10 for this, which is a total crock. It works perfectly fine with my SEVERAL OTHER non-Razer mice.

To be clear, I don't care about mouse acceleration in games, but I'm an IT consultant running four monitors, one of which is 4k, and no mouse acceleration is HORRIBLE for that much virtual screen real estate - you either have to move your hand a lot to go across several screens, or you have no precision movement capability whatsoever for small/fine movements, like when I'm working in a bunch of Excel docs.

This is 100% completely unacceptable. "For gamers, by gamers" - total crock, I'm 37 years old and been PC gaming since the original Doom and Quake games, and not implementing mouse acceleration while Logitech does it perfectly fine is a total garbage excuse. This is a Razer-specific issue, Logitech has it working with all the mice I have from them (three different models spanning four different computers); if they can do it flawlessly in Windows 10, so can you, Razer.

If I can't find a reasonable solution for fixing mouse acceleration in Windows outside of games, I'm returning this thing since it's a useless brick to me otherwise if I can't work on it.

Sorry to hear you are having a tough time. I checked and adjusting my cursor speed works with my naga pro.

I can say that Logitech drivers (if you even have them installed) don't play nice with Razer Drivers sometimes.
Are you running it corded or wireless?

Can't save enough money to buy new mouse...

This Razer Naga Pro would be perfect with a Razer Orbweaver Pro!

Can we get a tactile Razer Orbweaver next please. My current Orbweaver is incompatible with Synapse 3 but it's definitely better than the fake-mechanical mecha-membrane Tartarus and the linear analog optical Tartarus Pro. I just want a keypad with Razer's purple switches that's compatible with Synapse 3.
