Naga Pro Device Manager | Razer Insider

I setup a new Naga pro and everything seems to be working fine but in device manager there's an exclamation point that says HID-compliant mouse under MIce and other pointing devices. How do I get rid of this?

That doesn't look like an issue with the Naga Pro mouse as its already displayed at the bottom and looks good.

What you can do is right click on the HID-compliant mouse, and click the update drivers which will take you to find from internet. Click and get it done, finish. Reboot your machine and check.

Also do you happen to connect any other keyboard/mouse bluetooth(wireless)/wired before or along with the current setup. It could've been those old files related to the other peripherals as well.

Had the same issue, dissappeared itself after a few times uninstalling but came back.

Here is what solved the issue, updates the firmware to 2.01.00 (my version was 1.01.00)

Hey guys. I figured this out. I updated the firmware on the mouse to allow it to use the pairing mode in synapse and that fixed the problem.
