Hey, since like 4pm CEST today my Naga Pro started entering sleep mode extremely quickly in wireless dongle mode. It doesn't have the same issue when cabled up though.
Also I made a little video that I uploaded to my <google drive> where you can clearly see synapse dropping and quickly re-establishing the connection. The end result is that the mouse skips a lot and becomes completely unusable in wireless mode.
I figure this is probably a software issue and wanted to raise its attention so here we are.

Same issue here with the Basilisk Ultimate. Following.
I fixed mine by using the mouse in wired mode and messing with the power settings. I didn’t even do anything significant, I don’t even really know what I did, but mine is fixed now.
Same issue here.
Tried changing power settings as mentioned here and in another post, but no luck. Also tried all the troubleshooting steps I could find on the site. Issue still persists. Using a different computer, with no Razer software ever installed, the issue still persists.
I reached out to support chat and hopefully the replacement dongle will correct the issue.

I have another dongle from a previous naga pro. I actually replaced that one with my current one recently because it had faulty buttons. But I have no idea how I would pair it with the new mouse, I can't find any information on that
That worked as far as the pairing goes, unfortunately it didn't stop the problem itself

Yep. Same issue here. Got my new dongle from Razer. Successfully updated the dongle firmware (couldn't pair prior to updating firmware) and paired them. Same issue still exists.
Back to support chat again.
Just got my replacement mouse (full new box) and it seems to be working fine for now. So we'll see.
