I connect my Naga Pro to my computer using a dongle but every so of often it will disconnect for a around 2-8 seconds before it reconnects. My games are hugely affected by this and the disconnecting has made me die many times. I’ve already updated the firmware of my mouse and the same thing happens even after I plug the dongle into a different port. If i don’t find a fix I’ll have to have to spend tons of money for another mouse so I am willing to do anything necessary to fix it. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Hello there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it also on a different computer. Let me know via PM if the issue still persists, do include the serial number of your Razer Naga Pro so I can look for other workarounds.
