Naga Pro Side buttons problem

Hey all, I just brought a new Naga Pro and I am having an issue with the 12 button illumination. The 12 buttons work perfectly but they are not lighting up. Am I missing something? I have cleaned the contacts, updated the firmware and tried manually setting different colours and effects via Chroma with no luck. Chroma recognsies it as a lighting zone but no colour is coming out. Thanks!

    Have you tried different port (preferred USB 3.0 or above, as the mouse require 500mA power) or other PC? You can also try to create new settings profile in Synapse to check what happens. But if it still not work - I'd RMA it.

    Thanks for the response. I believe the power should not be an issue as it is wireless?

    Yes, but try it via cable.
