Naga Pro V2 Mouse Button Remap Failure

I am unable to remap the Mouse Button 4 + 5 keys on the Naga Pro V2 using Synapse 3 Beta. The keys continue to map to their original functions of attempting to change the scroll wheel settings and DPI respectively. However, I was successful in remapping all of the side mouse button functions.

Weird thing - If I close Synapse 3 and open Synapse 2 the newly bound functions for Mouse Button 4 + 5 work. They don’t however work with Synapse 3 Beta open.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on possible fixes?

I guess you meant the v4 Beta and if so, then yes, I have almost the exact same issue.

When I boot my PC 1/10 my Naga v2 will work as how I have remapped the buttons in the v4 Beta.
The other 9 times none of the buttons will work except R/L click and scroll wheel. The 12 thumb buttons will act as 1-12 (I have them remapped as Num 1, Num 2, etc.)
Mouse button 4/5 and Scroll wheel L/R does nothing.

The only way I can get the buttons to work is to either change to another profile stored on the mouse or in Synapse and then change back again or to close Synapse.
Doing either however gives 2 different results.

Closing Synapse and all the remaps I made works as expected. But now I can’t control any settings of my Razer peripherals and all the lighting goes to default, not ideal.

Changing the profiles does make the buttons work, but not all of them as how I have them remapped in Synapse.
I guess this is where we have the same issue. My 4 and 5 mouse keys will only work as it was out of the box (Cycle up scroll wheel stages and cycle up sensitivity stages)
I have had them mapped as my back and forth in Windows/Browser since Synapse v3.
The 12 thumb buttons do work as Num 1, 2 ,3 etc.

As a work around I made the L/R scroll wheel buttons as my new back and forth. Not ideal but I use back and forth way more than scrolling left and right.

The only reason I haven’t changed back to v3 is the added battery indicator when you click on the tray icon, it would be awesome if you could at it directly to the tray so you don’t have to click but at least its better than having to open up Synapse to check the battery %.
