Naga Trinity RZ01-02410100 can not embedded in Win 11 Pro Personalization/Lightning???

Hi! I have the Naga Trinity RZ01-02410100 and have installed the newest synapse 3 Software. I want to personalize the lightning by Win 11 Pro, because i want configure the lightning by Aura Crate (and NOT by Synapse 3), , but the Mice dont show up in my Personalize/lightning in Win 11 Pro. Uninstall Synapse 3, same Problem. Win 11 Pro 23H2 with latest Updates, Aura Crate with latest updates also. Mice is shown in System but not for lightning in Win 11 Pro. Is there a Solution for the Problem? (sorry for my bad english) Thanks for the answers
