I am having trouble with my Naga Trinity scrolling down constantly in menus and browsers. The issue has repeated itself on the other computers in the house. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Get a new mouse and stop buying razer. I tried everything. Same issue. Mouse barely a year old. Ridiculous.
I’m having the same issue with my Naga Trinity, but mine’s scrolling up instead of down, which is making it really hard to type this.
Tried it on two other computers, uninstalled drivers, uninstalled the cortex and synapse stuff, used compressed air on it, and it just won’t stop scrolling.
It will stop scrolling when I click the scroll button, but it starts right back up again once I left click. Oddly enough, actually scrolling doesn’t seem to trigger the issue. Anybody find a fix?
It would be nice to see Razer Support actually address this issue. I’m having the same issue and havent had this mouse very long.

Can you try cleaning your scroll wheel with a can of compressed air to blow away any accumulated dust and dirt? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the scroll wheel issue you're currently experiencing.
