Naga V2 Hyperspeed not waking up

When my mouse is in sleep mode it will not wake up unless i remove the batt. . I have tried everything (within intelligent reason) to wake the mouse up but the batt. trick is the only thing that works. And Yes, i did a firmware update.

Only started becoming an issue with the new synapes right? Ive had the issue come n go ever since the new synapes came around. Ive tried a magnatiude of things and can not fathom what it is thats stopping it. Have yet to try my warranty n see if somethings broken 😅 (mouse is barely 8 months old max)
