Hi everyone!
I wanted to start a discussion about the Razer Naga V2 HyperSpeed and its lack of official support on macOS.
Recently, Razer launched the Synapse for Mac Preview, and while some premium models like the Naga V2 Pro are supported, the Naga V2 HyperSpeed is completely left out. Without official Synapse support, Mac users are unable to map the 12 side buttons or configure profiles natively.
So many people own this specific model and use it for productivity, MMO gaming, and general work on Mac devices. It is incredibly frustrating that such a popular mouse still doesn't have native software support here. Relying on third-party workarounds (like SteerMouse or open-source tools) shouldn't be the permanent answer for an expensive Razer product.
Is there any official information or a roadmap from the development team regarding when (or if) the Naga V2 HyperSpeed will be added to the Synapse for Mac compatible devices list?
Please let us know, as there is a huge community of Mac users waiting for this!
