Naga V2 mouse wheel scrolling

My previous Logitech mouse (G604) allowed continual scrolling by ‘whizzing’ the wheel and scrolling would continue until the wheel rotational speed spun down. I don’t see a way to do that with the Naga Pro. Best I can find is using the Custom setting with steps set to 96.

Is there an option I’m not seeing to enable this ability?

So…

Am I on the wrong site for this? Where do I go to get support and an answer?

Man, it seems like  this isnt the place to get an answer for this? Not one reply, wowzers... Did you ever find a solution elsewhere? I was wondering if this hyperspeed whatever might do it? Thx!

Well, no helpful response here but I was able to communicate with the tech support team. You have no idea how many back-and-forth emails there were, trouble shooting steps, mouse replacement, software reinstalls, etc. before they finally advised that the mouse does not come with that feature.
As it turns out, not all Logitech mice have it either. Every LT mouse I used had it but I recently bought a replacement mouse for my laptop, another LT, and it does not have hyperscroll.

The Naga is a great mouse and if it had the hyper-scroll it’d be perfect but it doesn’t.

Thanks for the reply. That doesnt sound like a fun ride you went thru. Overall I like the Naga too so far, but that darn scroll keeps throwing me off. The acceleration option doesnt seem to work consistently but sometimes itll scroll ‘similar’ to the G604 whizz but not really. I did read somewhere (who knows if its legit) that the Naga v2 (non pro) has a free spinning scroll wheel lke the G604 whereas the Pro version cant have free spin because of the (some long weird word abut the fluid that they use to dampen it, it allows the customizability of the pro).

I thought about trying the Non pro version because of that but then I said, I think I can make this work, its just an adjustment period. What hurts more is transferring all the profiles, but Im almost done!

Thanks bud. I appreciate the reply!
