When synapse is on, it returns to normal, and I can use the onboard profile for a while. But after some time, may be hours, or triggered by the disconnection to the PC, the onboard profile looks like disappeared. It feel like just unboxed.

Sometimes only the wheel configuration is lost (reset to default 5 types, lost the costomized one), but all other key bindings are still there.

Can somebody help to solve the problem?
