I have a newly purchased Death Adder V2 Pro.
It all works fine when connected via the supplied USB cable. The Synapse app shows its fully charged. But when I disconnect the cable, nothing lights up, not even the profile light. At that point Synapse shows its powered off, but I can’t get it to power on.
Yes, I updated the drivers.
