Hello
I have just bought Razer Deathadder v2 pro with charging dock. When connected via cable, the mouse works flawlessly. However, when I connect the adapter to the charging dock and USB directly to the motherboard, the mouse does not connect to the computer. There is a loop sound of the USB device connecting and disconnecting. I have downloaded and reset all drivers, but the problem still persists.
