No Razer app Recognizing my deathadder Chroma on my iMac

I have the Razer Synapse app and the Razer Deathadder app and neither is recognizing my mouse. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, added to the privacy settings to accept computer changes, restarted computer and nothing is working. Neither app says I have a mouse connected even though the mouse is working perfectly. I have spent so many hours working on this and i'm getting super frustrated.

    Hi @rachinator. I understand that you are frustrated but allow me to help you out. Which version of Synapse do you currently have installed? Can you send me a PM with the serial number of your DeathAdder Chroma so I can verify the model and check which Synapse version has support for the device?
