I hope they release a version of this that supports multiple colors at any given time, much like the Firefly. I really like the idea of having a mat that borders my keyboard and mouse!

This is what I'm eagerly anticipating as well. It's part of the reason I didn't buy the extended chroma version and just the standard one--only one lighting zone. At same time I wanted a truly soft flexible mat, hence, Goliathus Chroma.

Please make this version, Razer! Give us Golithathus Extended Chroma with several, several, lighting zones. The starlight effect would look so dope. Let alone wave and others.

I have recently gotten one of these and really wish the Chroma could be controlled from Synapse 2.

Just got this mouse pad and cant seem to get it to be recognized with synapse 2. Tried uninstalling driver and synapse and re-installing and no go. SO i then uninstall synapse 2 and install 3, and the pad shows up but not my razer mamba chroma.

any ideas?

New razer hardware like goliatus extended chroma is only supported by synapse 3 so on synapse 2 will not showup. i dont know what mamba you use but you can go to this razer website and cheack if your mouse is supported http://drivers.razersupport.com//index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=2731&nav=0,343,704&_ga=2.69665365.432240314.1540147991-751198123.1533138464 if it is you have issue with softwere if it is not supported you must use two softwere on the same time.

Ok so this mat is going back tomorrow lol. I need to run two different programs from razer? the mamba is supported but not the chroma? wtf kinda garbage is that.

You actually need to run the two different versions of synapse simultaneoulsy (see the attahced picture - my systray is quite crowded). This is supported and actually works quite well. I have it with the laptop stand chroma (Synapse 3) and the rest of my razerr stuff (all synapse 2). The two different syanpse versions are designed in such a way as that they do not come into each other's way.

Sorry, for some reasons the preview does not work with so small images - you'd need to click the image to see it but trust me both synapse versions work at the same time on the sampe pc. 🙂

He know from my post but want to run both devices at the same softwere and i can gess want to sync chroma. When you run synapse 2 then chroma dont sync to synapse 3 this is simply not possible. But we have legacy added to synapse 3 so the he use mayby in near future compatibile,

Hello @kostasaggelis04 I had the exact same problem and all I did was return it and get my money back,
there is no way to fix it and is a common problem. Here is the video I sent to Razer and they said that I
cant fix it. 😞 Sorry to say that :(

Send to warranty or if you can replace in store where you buy it. I use the same mousepad for months and first time i see something like that.

This looks really cool. Especially if the mousepad lights can be tuned to your game. (Health, when damage is taken, ambient light, etc.)

I can say you this this is not a common issue with this so dont worry if you get issue you always can return and later send to warranty but i dont think you will get any problem with this mousepad.

opened mine up today and no lighting and not being picked up by any synapse SW. totally new rig and no way to get this thing to work..

any ideas how i can get this thing to work please

Just opened mine after building a new rig and it doesn't get detected in the synapse 2.0 or 3.0 and no light at all in any pc.

tried removing all software and reinstalling it and no changes, there is no way in the synapse SW that allows you to manually scan for new hardware.. what can i do ? guessing i gotta send it back?

DOA on a product is no a good start, i own so many of your products but the reliability and now this is really making me rethink my next purchases.
