On Board Memory Naga V2 Hyperspeed

Hey,

So, I have the following problem.

I remapped my 12 side buttons to the numpad with Synapse 3. After that, I wanted to save them to the on-board memory. But how does that work? Synapse 3 does not show the save button next to the profile name.

Or is that not possible with Naga V2 Hyperspeed? It says, the mouse has on-board storage for one profile.

I just wanted to deinstall Synapse asap after I remapped my side buttons.

Thanks in advance

Cheers!

Naga X Hyperspeed has only 1 onboard profile memory, so it uses the 1st default profile to save its settings.

If you’re binding macros, then it won’t work (it won’t save on the mouse, which have less than 4 onboard profile memory, and naga x has only 1 profile).

hello.

no macro.

only    no razer synapses needed  actions. (keys)

Example with the “7” key :

H is written with synapse working.

The défault (è) after closing synapse

Same issue here with a brand new naga v2 hyperspeed. Bindings do not save. Default bindings renders the mouse unusable. Sensitivity did save for a while, but disappeared overnight.

Hey guys I've written to Support on this issue, they've escalated this to their software team.

I suggest you write in to them too so they see the urgency. It's  nearly a month since I opened this case and I'm getting frustrated as well.

I did send them multiple videos on the problem. I realised this occured after I updated Synapse 3 to the 20230315 version. Naga V2 Hyperspeed bindings were all working before this version when Synapse apps were all closed/not running in the background.

I updated to the latest 20230330 version when it was available on 8 Apr but according to them, they did not include the fix for this issue.

Click on “7” key, show where it’s bound.

Hey guys, the Razer Sr. Technical Support team has alas resolved the issue.

You may update Razer Synapse 3 to version 3.8.428.42117 and re-test your mouse to see if the keybinds work offline without Synapse 3. It works for me.

This is still an issue. On board profiles do not save with this mouse and Razer has not fixed this issue since it was discovered in March.

Same issue here. Synapse 3.8.930.92719.

I had to RMA my device, took a month to get it fixed. Not gonna buy this product ever again.

There’s a possibility that with the new Synapse that’s coming out it would be fixed but I wouldn’t hold my breath.

Actually I got it to work but it’s weird. I have two computers connected with KVM. If I leave Synapse open in one computer and switch to the other one that doesn’t have Synapse then the profile assignments doesn’t work. I have to close down Synapse on computer 1 to have the profile assignments work on computer 2.
