Option for polling rate limited to 1000 on Razer Viper 8khz

So i got the Razer Viper 8khz and the latest software with it, and the polling rate drop down options only show three options: 125, 500 and 1000. My mouse is plugged into the mother board and i do have an intel core i7 9th gen with a 240 hz monitor and its set on 240. I am trying my best to find a solution to higher the polling rate but i am unsuccesful thus far. Can somebody please help me. Also mentioning that it is wired.

I’m encountering the same issue with the Razer Viper V3 Pro… It seems necessary to submit a ticket to Razer Support or return the product.

If someone else has this problem it is because the usb c is plugged into your mouse, take the usb out of the mouse and put it in the dongle, then you will see the 8k polling comes up in razer synapse. Hope this helped.

I dislike you have to use the wireless to use your full mouse you paid for, I wanted a wired version they dont sell both anymore
