I recently purchased the Orochi V2 mouse and have encountered an issue where the cursor is not moving, even though the buttons are functioning correctly. I have attempted to troubleshoot the problem by reinstalling, updating drivers, changing batteries and surfaces, reinstalling Razer Synapse, and cleaning the glass beneath the sensor.

Do you have any suggestions on what else I can try to resolve this issue?
